The 2025 Federal Election is an opportunity to send a message to our politicians about the issues that you care about. Council will help to emphasise your voice in calling for a reduction in traffic congestion, improved community facilities and more local services.

We are proud to welcome strategist and futurist Simon Waller as our moderator as we discuss different perspectives on the future of Cardinia Shire over the next three years and beyond.
Registration for this event is essential and gives you the opportunity to submit questions, issues, or projects that you would like to see discussed during the event.
Please note that all questions must be submitted during the registration process before the event, questions will not be taken from the audience on the night. A three stage overhaul of Cardinia Shire’s premier sports and aquatics centre, updating and expanding the facility to ensure it has the capacity to offer our growing population access to the health and recreation activities they love.
A package of road sealing projects across the Dandenong Ranges region that will guarantee emergency services can access the area during storms and bushfires, as well as improve safety and amenity for local residents.
A key road connecting Lang Lang’s sand quarry industry to the South Gippsland Highway, taking hundreds of large trucks a day off Lang Lang’s main roads.
Constructing new grade separated interchanges between Nar Nar Goon and Longwarry to replace four dangerous intersections that slow traffic and hinder economic growth.
