This week, the Cardinia Shire Economic Development team organised a second two-day Business Planning workshop, conducted by Transcend, at the Toomah Community Centre. The workshop was well-attended by a diverse group of 18 local start-up and established businesses.

Transcend, a prominent business advisory service, has a series of Federally funded Business Plan Accelerator Workshops aimed at accelerating the development of tailored business plans to support entrepreneurs in achieving their objectives. These free, two-day workshops are made possible through funding from the Australian Federal Government and are facilitated by Transcend's team of experienced business advisors.

The workshops are meticulously designed to help participants grasp the essential components necessary for business success. Over the course of two days, attendees engage in intensive, interactive sessions that not only inspire but also equip them with the knowledge to align their personal goals with their business ambitions. By the end of the workshop, participants leave with the beginnings of a customised business plan, which can be further refined with the guidance of Transcend's business advisors.
