Learn about how increasing your workplace's disability confidence means a supportive, positive, and inclusive environment for all.

Employing people with disability makes sense economically, as one in five Australians lives with a disability, including those with mental health conditions. Hiring people with disability also promotes a workforce that reflects the community and brings diverse skills and talents to various roles. Many people with disability hold tertiary or trade qualifications, adding to a skilled and dynamic workforce.

The strong business case for hiring people with disability highlights cost savings from reduced staff turnover, lower recruitment, and retraining costs. Additionally, people with disabilities experience fewer workplace incidents, leading to lower insurance and workers' compensation costs.

Come along to the FREE 2-hour workshop to learn more, places are limited.
