The Cardinia Business Landscape Survey has provided valuable insights into the experiences of local businesses following COVID-19. Despite encountering considerable challenges, businesses have shown resilience and adaptability by employing innovative approaches and implementing cost-cutting measures.

In order to help businesses navigate the complex business environment and overcome obstacles they may encounter, the survey effectively identified areas where the council could strengthen business communications, offer better opportunities for collaboration, and provide educational workshops.
