We invite you to give feedback on the draft Advertising Signage Design Guidelines, via an online survey or at one of our drop-in sessions.

The draft guidelines:

  • provide a consistent approach for the design and placement of outdoor advertising signs in Cardinia Shire
  • include info on the types of signs allowed on different types of land and buildings, and how many are permitted
  • include info on the positioning of large signs to maintain road safety, visual amenity and avoid clutter
  • provide a clear process for Council to assess requests for signs.

The guidelines will be useful for developers, building owners, building tenants, planning permit applicants and residents.
